Announcing the McKelvie’s Got Talent Show Auditions Auditions will take place after school Tuesday, Feb. 5th, for instruments only and Wednesday, February 6th,  for all other acts. The show will take place on March 6th at 6 pm. In order to try out, students must fill out this audition permission slip and return it to Mr. Brown by Monday, February 4th.  Everyone in your group must turn in a completed permission slip in order to audition.

McKelvie 18/19 Yearbook on Sale Now! Sales for the 18/19 McKelvie yearbook are underway and your student should have received an order envelope on Friday, January 18th. This year's theme is "Throw Kindness Around Like Confetti". Softcover books cost $25 each and there are two ways to order. The easiest way is to order online, but you can also bring in cash or check (payable to McKelvie Intermediate School) with an order envelope. Due to the delayed opening on January 22nd, the McKelvie Geography Bee has been rescheduled to this Thursday, January 24th, at 9;30am in the cafeteria. Parents and siblings are welcome to attend!

Intramural descriptions for Quarter 3 are posted on the McKelvie website under  Intramurals  > Q3 Intramural Offerings  or by clicking the link below. Signups begin on Monday January 14th, at 5pm and will remain open  until filled or Friday, January 18th, at 3pm, whichever comes first .  Important:  All intramurals  will start the week of January 21st and run until the week of March 18th. If you have submitted a form and  do not  receive an email stating your child is on a waiting list, then you can be assured your child is on the intramural roster.
