Q2 Intramural Information

Intramural descriptions for Quarter 2 are posted on the McKelvie website under Intramurals  > Q2 Intramural Offerings or by clicking the link below. Signups begin on Monday Oct 29th, at 5pm and will remain open until filled or Monday November 5th at 9am, whichever comes first. 

Important: All intramurals will start the week of November 5th and run until the week of January 24th. If you have submitted a form and do not receive an email stating your child is on a waiting list, then you can be assured your child is on the intramural roster. Thank you.

Important Update on the McKelvie 2019-20 Yearbook We have not distributed the 2019-20 McKelvie yearbooks yet. Due to Covid, there was a delay in receiving the books and subsequently we discovered a printing issue, so the publisher is reprinting them. Once we have a new delivery date, we will notify families of the plan for distribution. Thanks for your patience during these unprecedented times.

Drama Club Auditions and Information

Under the direction of Nate Sawyer and Musical Director Rebecca Coughlin, the McKelvie Drama Club will be performing  Into the Woods, Jr.   Performances are  May 4th and 5th .  Audition dates are  Thursday , Feb 15th and  Friday, Feb 16th 3:30-5:30 . Please prepare a song of your choice (preferably a showtune, Disney or Choral piece) and be prepared to dance!!  Rehearsals are Mondays  3:30-5:00 , Tuesdays  3:30-5:30 , and Thursdays  3:30-5:30 . Students who are cast are expected to be at  all practices . Prompt pick up is expected at the Main Office doors.   Please click  HERE  to sign up for an audition time. Please  print this rehearsal schedule  and circle any conflicts your child has. They should bring this paper with them to their audition.
