Important McKelvie Yearbook Update

Hello, families! You still have time to order your 19/20 McKelvie Intermediate School yearbook. This year's theme is "We Rise by Lifting Others".

Books cost $25 each. Due to the school closure, we are only able to accept online orders. Instructions for online ordering are on the Yearbook Club website under "Ordering Info" or by clicking the link below.

 Order deadline is Wednesday, April 15, 2020.  Note that once we submit the book to our publisher, we will have more information to share about the plan for distribution.

Important Update on the McKelvie 2019-20 Yearbook We have not distributed the 2019-20 McKelvie yearbooks yet. Due to Covid, there was a delay in receiving the books and subsequently we discovered a printing issue, so the publisher is reprinting them. Once we have a new delivery date, we will notify families of the plan for distribution. Thanks for your patience during these unprecedented times.

Drama Club Auditions and Information

Under the direction of Nate Sawyer and Musical Director Rebecca Coughlin, the McKelvie Drama Club will be performing  Into the Woods, Jr.   Performances are  May 4th and 5th .  Audition dates are  Thursday , Feb 15th and  Friday, Feb 16th 3:30-5:30 . Please prepare a song of your choice (preferably a showtune, Disney or Choral piece) and be prepared to dance!!  Rehearsals are Mondays  3:30-5:00 , Tuesdays  3:30-5:30 , and Thursdays  3:30-5:30 . Students who are cast are expected to be at  all practices . Prompt pick up is expected at the Main Office doors.   Please click  HERE  to sign up for an audition time. Please  print this rehearsal schedule  and circle any conflicts your child has. They should bring this paper with them to their audition.
